Last night I had the honor and privilege of helping to bring eleven poets to the open ears and open hearts of the @bay_path community. I listened to poets spill their truth, some of these voices seasoned with experience, others braving the virtual stage for the first time to share their words.
Trying my damndest to be this rose and open up to my fullest. I didn’t know roses could open this wide, and I’m willing to bet I’ve been selling myself short all along, too.
It’s a good day to say I love you to those you love. But then again, so is every day.
When your birthday says you’re 38 today and firmly in the millennial camp, but your middle part politely disagrees.
I love a lot of things about this business, but one of my absolute favorites is the incredible women I’ve been fortunate enough to meet. Over the years, these circles of business friends and real life friends have all melded into one group of real friends, and it thrills me to no end when the degrees of separation between people I care about becomes smaller and smaller.
I’m on an official campaign to bring Valentine’s Day back into the non-dreadful holiday category for 2021.
